John Bosco Gakumba is a technology founder and enterprise database professional focused on building platforms for infrastructure governance, fleet lifecycle management, compliance, and operational resilience. His work is driven by practical experience, systems thinking, and a commitment to building solutions that help organizations operate with greater visibility, control, and trust.
His background spans advanced SQL Server administration and earlier leadership in climate, water, and civil society programs in Rwanda. He was selected as a Community Solutions Program fellow under the U.S. Department of State. Today, he leads RHOYLLE INNOVATION EMPIRE LLC in shaping practical tools for regulated industries—CJIS, NIST, DISA STIG aligned.
